Your contact
MThéophile Conseil, a sole proprietorship based in Dakar, Senegal, processes the information it receives to respond to your enquiries. For questions about your data, write to hello@mtheophile.com.
Information covered
When form submission is available, we receive your name, work email, company name and the information you provide about your business and project. Depending on the form, this may include your main challenge, needs, budget, deadline, content or availability. Phone numbers, location and links are collected when you provide them.
Required fields are marked. We also store the request reference and date, language, your agreement to processing and information needed to track related emails. Please do not enter sensitive information or passwords in free-text fields.
How we use your information
We use your information to understand your needs, review an application for an offer, prepare a response or quotation and communicate with you. The agreement checkbox covers this use. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Your request generates an internal notification to MThéophile Conseil and an acknowledgement to your email address. No user account is created.
Technical service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and request database. Resend sends emails. Notifications containing request information are received in our business mailbox, hosted by LWS.
These services may process information outside Senegal, including in the United States for Resend. Data is therefore not stored exclusively in Senegal. Links to provider policies appear below.
How long information is kept
Form copies held in the website database and related emails stored in that database are scheduled for automatic deletion 12 months after the form is submitted. Later correspondence does not extend this deadline. Cleanup takes place during the next scheduled run; technical incidents may delay it.
This deletion does not remove messages already delivered to mailboxes, data held by the sending service or, directly, provider backups. To request deletion, contact us at the address on this page.
Security and technical data
To limit abusive submissions, the website uses hashes derived from the IP address and email. The raw IP address is not stored in the request database. Temporary counters expire and are cleaned up by the scheduled task.
The hosting provider also processes connection data and technical logs to operate, diagnose and secure the website. This processing is separate from form content. No advertising or audience analytics tool is integrated into the current website code; security services may use technical mechanisms depending on their configuration.
Requests concerning your data
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing under applicable conditions. Write from the email address used for your enquiry and include its reference if available. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary.
